Ball Boy

As many of you know Beau loves balls and with the tub of balls Nana bought him... he's in heaven. Who needs a McDonalds playhouse when you have Nana's house.

Big Bro

The Kesterson family all got together to celebrate Janice's birthday in August. We thought we'd use this opportunity to announce that baby #2 is on the way. So we bought Beau a Big Bro shirt and had him wear it to the party. I guess it wasn't obvious enough and we ended up having to tell everyone our big news. Needless to say they were very excited for us as was my family when they found out.

The lack of insight didn't stop Beau from making sweet music. But he was a little upset when Kate was able to go outside (she can walk) and he was stuck inside.

Baby K is due in early March and we're looking forward to the new addition. This pregnancy has been going very well so far, much easier than the first (I think I'm used to the things happening to my body). We had a few rough weeks...let's just say there wasn't really a point in brushing my teeth, but since then I've recovered and am feeling much better.

11 Months

August 14, Beau turned 11 months. As of 11 months, he was standing on his own, taking about 1 step and falling down, and still no teeth. But one things for certain, his hair is getting out of control. We finally moved him into his toddler car seat, but of course it's still facing backwards. We're crossing our fingers that he'll be 20 lbs at his 1 year appt.

Tubby Tub

I think Beau enjoyed our recent move more than we did. He loved all the boxes and tubs. Peek-a-boo...we see you!

All Hail King Beau

Aunt Christa dressed up Beau in this wrap. I'm not sure if he looked more like a King or a Monk, but he seems to have his parade wave down.

Beau & Kate

Katelyn came over for some play time with Beau. Kate enjoyed opening and closing the doors and Beau showed Kate some of his toys. And they had a blast climbing on the storage bins.

Brothers Gotta Hug (and match)

Mark and Joel had planned a trip Stanford to visit Jon and Kylie. When Mark drove up we were pleasantly surprised to see he and Joel were dressed the same. Awe... their brotherly bond runs deeper than the average brothers.
