Amgen Bike Tour & Basketball

This year the Amgen Bike Tour raced right past our house. We sat out front for an hour or so waiting for them to pass. During this time, Beau and Gabby had snacks while hiding in the trees / bushes. We never did see them pass. They came by about 30 minutes after we left our post. Oh well.

My dad bought Beau a basketball hoop/game for his birthday. His birthday is in September, but he gave it to him in May. Beau loves it and it really sparked a competitive side in the rest of us.

Courtland gave Beau a superman cape. Mel decided to put it on her head. Unfortunately it didn't give her superpowers. She still lost.
