Kite Flying and Fashion

If you've ever visited our house on a windy day, you know just how crazy the winds can be. So, we finally decided to take advantage of these high winds and go kite flying. Beau was so excited to fly his new fish kite. But in typical Beau fashion, he was only interested in holding the string for a minute or so then he made me hold it. But don't be fooled. He pays attention even when he's not the one holding the string. He does not like it to fall to the ground. As a solution, I decided to anchor it to Joel's truck. This way, neither one of us has to hold the string, but it still flies high.

Most days we stay around the house, so Bella has tons of house clothes. And even though they may be slightly stained I, at least, dress her so she looks decent...as you can see by her slide outfit.

Joel, on the other hand, purposefully dresses her so she comes out looking like a crazy girl. Here he put on her 4th of July shirt, with purple, green and yellow striped leggings and Beau's red socks that he pulled up and over the leggings. He does this on purpose as if to say, "Well, if you don't like it, you should have dressed her yourself?" To which I'd respond, "I LOVE it!"Don't worry, she has going out clothes as well.Check out her new kicks from Aunt Chris. Now Bella and Mommy have matching shoes.
