Easter Sunday

We celebrated Easter Sunday in traditional form. Church, naps, egg hunt at The Kesterson's, then dinner at Great Grams. We really missed the Easter Bunny this year, but it's always fun to see all the cousins together at the ever growing Kesterson family gatherings.

Pre Easter Celebration

The day before Easter Sunday we had a jam packed day. Mia Penner turned 3, and we had an egg hunt at her party. Then after the party we had dinner with the Henson family and had another egg hunt. It was egg madness, but so much fun spent with friends and family.

Cubbies Awards

Beau made it through his 1st year of Awanas Cubbies. During the awards ceremony, he didn't want Joel to leave him. So Joel had to go on the stage with him, which if you know Joel, this was a nightmare for him. He stuck out like a sore thumb amongst all the Cubby leaders and helpers. But you gotta do what you gotta do and Beau made it through the awards ceremony with Dad's help.

Noah's 2 Weeks Old

Not much is happening with Noah at 2 weeks. He sleeps all the time. Sometimes more than I'd like, but overall he's pretty easy. I ended up getting mastitis, which was a first for me and no fun, but we made it through. I'm still recovering from my surgery and I still have pain in my back where the epidural was placed. I'm praying it goes away soon.

At Noah's 2 week appt. he was circumcised and is now weighing 8 lbs. and 3 oz. He's 20.87 inches in height and his head circ. is 14.57 inches.

He's very smiley and such a happy baby, and Beau and Bella are loving having him around.

Noah's Photo Shoot

When Noah was 10 days old, a friend took some picture of our precious baby boy to add to her portfolio. He was slightly fussy and not very cooperative, but DeAnna with Butterfly Kisses Photography was able to get some amazing shots.

Then, a few days later took Jamie Bearg took Noah's birth announcement pictures. As always, Jamie did an amazing job. Thanks Jamie!

Bella Turned 2

On March 18 Bella turned 2. We had her birthday party on Saturday, just one day after being released from the hospital. As tradition, I made Bella's cake (cupcakes). I must admit I don't remember a whole lot as I was slightly in pain and on drugs, but with the help of our amazing family, we pulled it off.

It was It was a Princess Party and Aunt Mel made all the decorations. Poor Aunt Mel ended up getting sick, courtesy of Beau and Bella and ended up having to miss the party.
