Fun at Funworks

Owen had his 6th birthday at Funworks. I was so bummed when my camera battery decided to die, but I was able to get a few pictures on my phone. Beau was hyped up and so excited to play all the games. Good thing we had lots of tokens.

Big Boy Bed

While Bella is still sleeping in her bassinet, we thought it would be a good idea to start transitioning Beau to his big boy bed. This way, when he's forced out of his crib in about a month, it won't be so traumatic. So last week he started napping in his new bed. So far it's been going amazingly! He can get in and out all by himself, but he's been GREAT about staying in for his nap. What a big boy!

Hey, That's My Bed!

My bed has been taken over by Bella and Gigi (and sometimes, in the mornings, Beau .) Oh if you only knew the sort of treats that appear in my bed. Someone should really tell them to get their own bed.

A Quick Nap

I guess Daddy gets sleepy too. Beau tried to wake them up by putting his football on Daddy's lap. I guess it didn't work.

Danny's Back from India

Last weekend we all headed to San Ramon to celebrate cousin Danny's 20th Birthday and his return from India. Ironically, I don't have any pictures of the birthday boy, but you can read about his India travels at http://www.jabberflash.com/category/india/.

While eating lunch with Nana, Beau wore his birthday bib in honor of Danny (actually it's the only one I had in the diaper bag).

Beau also spent some time on the swing with Aunt Mel and on the big purple ball with Daddy.


Bella enjoyed some cuddle time from cousin Pat, Great Aunt Mary, and Aunt Christa.

Beau's Highlight Reel

Lately every time I take out the camera, Beau wants right in on the action and gets up really close to the camera. I usually just end up deleting most of these crazy looking pictures, but some end up in my files. I thought I'd share a few of his "close ups" with you.
